We are a small, focused team:
Madeleine and David are based in Berlin, while Julius lives in Lillehammer, Norway, anchoring our Scandinavian focus. Together, we connect two worlds that could not be more different – and it is precisely this contrast that creates our unique strength.
Berlin stands for energy, urban culture, and creative diversity. Here, we draw on a well-established network of selected venues, creative partners, and experienced suppliers. This allows us to develop events that are contemporary, vibrant, and distinctly individual.
The second part of our DNA lies in the North: Scandinavia. Through our presence in Norway – and Julius’s deep local grounding – we offer German-speaking clients authentic access to the calm, clarity, and magical aesthetics of the Nordic region.

David, Madeleine and Julius – three distinct backgrounds, one shared approach:

David
David brings the soul of Berlin into the team. As co-founder of the Feel Festival, co-owner of the Colosseum Event Location and a long-standing member of the city’s cultural and music landscape, he is deeply rooted in Berlin’s creative ecosystem. He moves effortlessly between artists, politics and cultural institutions. With his calm, charismatic presence, he grounds every project – no matter how ambitious the vision.
Madeleine
Madeleine complements this grounding with an international outlook.
Having lived in the UK, the Netherlands and Spain for many years, she developed a sharp sense for corporate and incentive travel, high-quality hospitality and global trends.
Her network in Berlin’s business and agency landscape is wide and well maintained. She brings fresh ideas, international inspiration and a strong commitment to quality to every concept.
Julius
Julius adds creative, musical and strategic depth to the trio – along with a distinctly Nordic perspective. With more than 16 years of experience in the media and music industry, including roles at Universal Music, Deutsche Grammophon and EDEL, he now oversees releases on Neue Meister and Berlin Classics, working with artists across classical, modern composition and alternative pop. As a musician who played in punk and indie bands and toured internationally with acts like Foals and Wild Nothing, he understands live culture from the inside out. Based in Norway, he founded Cut Through The Noise AS, offering management, label services and strategic consulting.
