Kulturallianz

Kulturallianz is an interdisciplinary venture dedicated to the conception, production, and realization of cultural events.

Founded by Madeleine, David, and Julius, Kulturallianz connects Berlin’s cultural scene with the Scandinavian market, fostering an active and vibrant exchange across national borders. While two of the founders are based in Berlin, another partner contributes their perspective and network from Norway.

At the core of our work are self-produced cultural formats

Concerts, readings, and other artistic events that we develop and deliver entirely in-house, from the initial idea through to post-production. This includes artistic and organizational concept development, coordination with venues and local partners, tour and schedule planning, and on-site execution. In addition, we manage all accompanying processes such as travel and logistics planning, artist care, and administrative preparation.

Our aim is to deliver culture professionally, thoughtfully, and with a strong commitment to high artistic and curatorial standards. We operate both as producers of our own formats and as a structuring partner for selected external projects that align with our thematic and artistic vision.

Kulturallianz stands for sustainable cultural work, international networking, and precise organization...

…with a clear focus on independent productions and an open mindset for new impulses between the Scandinavian and Berlin cultural spheres.

Piano days

“Why does the world need a Piano Day? For many reasons. But mostly, because it doesn’t hurt to celebrate the piano and everything around it: performers, composers, piano builders, tuners, movers and most important, the listener.”

Nils Frahm

The annual Piano Day is a global event initiated by a group of like-minded individuals and takes place on the 88th day of the year, in reference to the number of keys on a piano.

The aim of the event is to create a platform for piano-related projects of all kinds, to encourage musical innovation, and to pass on the centuries-old joy of playing the piano. Piano Day invites piano enthusiasts from all genres to listen, participate, and connect.
